 1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a service with Tricity Home Services, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your air conditioning issue, service location, and contact details. Our technicians will inspect the unit on-site and provide recommendations based on their professional assessment.

All services are subject to availability within Panchkula, Chandigarh & Mohali.

 2. Pricing & Payments

Service charges are communicated before the commencement of work. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  1.  Nature of the fault
  2.  Spare parts required
  3. Gas type and quantity needed
  4.  Additional labor or installation requirements

Payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

 3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Customers may schedule appointments through our website or phone call.

Tricity Home Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, technical delays, or emergencies.

4. Warranty & Liability

We provide a limited service warranty on repairs and installations, which covers workmanship only. Warranty does not apply in cases of:

* Physical damage after service

* Power fluctuations or electrical faults

* Improper usage

* Unauthorized third-party repairs

Spare parts warranty, if applicable, is subject to manufacturer terms.

Tricity Home Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or malfunction of the air conditioning unit.

5. Gas Filling & Leak Responsibility

Gas refilling is performed after necessary checks. If future leakage occurs due to pre-existing internal damage or corrosion, additional charges may apply. We are not responsible for factory defects or prior improper installations.

 6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

* Safe and clear access to the AC unit

* Proper power supply

* Accurate problem description

Any concealed wiring or structural issues not visible during inspection are not our responsibility.

7. Website Usage

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, belongs to Tricity Home Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

We reserve the right to update service details, pricing, and policies without prior notice.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information collected through contact forms or appointment bookings is used strictly for service communication and support. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

 9. Service Area Limitation

Our services are currently available in Panchkula, Chandigarh & Mohali.
